Ward Lake

I've been trying to run a few times a week. Ward Lake is my trail of choice, although when the salmon spawn the smell is very overwhelming! I found a running buddy and am thankful for both her companionship and her dog, Winchester, as he chased a black bear back up into the woods before we got too close!
