Pancakes & Bacon?

Kristian makes a wonderful "Big Breakfast" for us every weekend. For his birthday he wanted this huge cast iron pan that we have dubbed "The Baconator." It works well and makes lots which is perfect b/c we love eating well in good company!
The children love chocolate chip pancakes, I like blueberry and Kristian likes plain. What's your favorite pancake?
