Speed racers! The banana & spotted slug have it!

And the perfect ending to a great party...only in Alaska...we had a SLUG Race! The party was held the day of the Annual Blueberry Festival at which a slug race is held, so we decided to have our own! Mommy & I went "on a slug hunt" the night prior and found 21 slugs in Grandma Judi's yard!?! We kept them in buckets overnight and they were ready to race! Miranda (red dress) and my slugs were the fastest, leaving the circle first. We had fun until it was time to clean off our sticky gooey fingers, we had to really scrub!
