PET Scan
Mom had her PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scan in Seattle this morning, we will know the results tomorrow as she meets with her oncologist then. She was so relaxed during the procedure that she fell asleep for the last 25 minutes of it and her head moved...they had to "re-do" the scan of her head! She and MaryAnn had such a relaxing morning they said the only thing to do the rest of the day was to go shopping!

Eleanor has been asking why Grandma had to go back to Seattle...she seems to have a pretty good idea and lays down on the couch and says that is what Grandma had to do and then hold really still for an hour! She's learning SO much about the medical world, we'll see if this deepens her desire to become a nurse or not!?!
